Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely amazing; I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with the most luxurious linens and bedding, making it one of the nicest accommodations I've experienced. The service was exceptional, particularly Kevin who went above and beyond to provide us with valuable information. The location couldn't have been better for our city break, with convenient access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. From the evening champagne sabering to the thoughtful gift left in our living room, the experience was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service, from Kalpita at check-in to the accommodating staff, was outstanding. The location in downtown Toronto was unbeatable, though the construction on Adelaide St was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience was good, perfect for after-work drinks or a special occasion. Overall, a fantastic urban resort with some minor room for improvement here and there.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Toronto close to city halls and offers a lovely ambiance. The rooms are extremely comfortable and convenient, the service is overly accommodating and professional, and the dining is served in various areas including the lobby and restaurant serving breakfast. The design and functionality of the hotel are standout features. However, there seem to be issues with temperature control and breakfast quality. Even though the Superior Suite was promised, it needed to be escalated to Senior Management.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the financial district, offering a fabulous location within walking distance to many key areas. The rooms were equipped with the latest technology for lights and blinds, boasting a comfortable bed and amenities, though the furniture seemed a bit dated. The service was exceptional, with genuine appreciation and efficiency. The washroom amenities and friendly staff added to the outstanding service experience. The dining options were very good, especially at the Louie Louie restaurant on the 33rd floor. Overall, a top-notch location and service, with a slight drawback on room furniture.
My stay at the hotel was truly spectacular. The rooms were exactly what you would expect from a luxury experience, spacious with exquisite detailing, down to the faucets and even a dog bed provided. The complimentary champagne and handwritten note added a personal touch to the room.
The hotel is truly convenient, offering spacious and well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds. It boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Toronto's golden mile, providing fantastic views of Scotia Tower, KPMG, Deloitte, and law offices of Bay Street. However, the lounging area could be more inviting.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, though it did feel a bit crowded at times with both hotel guests and residents using the same facilities. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to individual needs. The location was simply perfect for exploring downtown Toronto, being close to everything one could need. The dining experience was uninspiring overall, but the facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
